Items that are not in stock or custom-ordered will be delivered to collection points within 12 business days.

To keep them for a long time:
Regular contact with water should be avoided.
Cleaning with a dry or damp cloth only
Do not expose to direct sunlight for extended periods of time.
Do not place food/drink directly unless otherwise specified.

If a product was ordered from the catalog without customization, it can be returned within 48 hours of receipt, by prior arrangement, to the collection point agreed upon with us.
Conditions for return:
• The product has not been used or damaged.
• It is returned in its original packaging and in new condition
After receiving and inspecting the product, a refund will be made, minus shipping costs.
Custom-made products (color, texture, name, special combination, etc.) cannot be returned.
